Duration: 2 Year
The B.Ed Programme shall be of duration of at least Two academic year. There shall be a unit of 100 students for ensuring optimum utilization of physical and instrumental infrastructure and expertise of the teaching staff. Division into appropriate batches may be done at the Institutional level for effective curriculum transaction.

Eligibility :
Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme. Admission would be made on the basis of marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test or in the entrance exam conducted by University. There shall be relaxation of marks/reservation of seats for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities and other categories as per the rules of the UP State Government.

Course:
The B.Ed. course is a full-time two year’s degree course. The program is outlined to prepare effective Secondary School Teachers, who are capable of responding to the changing needs of the modern Indians society. The program empowers students with best teaching skills, knowledge, values and professionalism required for the teaching profession.
